At the interview they ask specific questions related to the position offered; Degree of ease with call escalation, degree of expertise with the wireless world; smartphone, wireless router, static IP for remote cameras, email configuration like incoming and outgoing mail servers and so on. Then they give you a time limit to figure out the answer to about 25 questions.
