I did not get an interview. The data exercise was using the given excel file with 3 spreadsheets to answer 6 questions. The excel file was about different racial groups (~130) and the numbers/percentages of the languages spoken/written; interpreter needs; etc. And use whatever visualization program to create plots using the data in the excel file.
