The most difficult question was what my biggest motivation is. It doesn't normally sound like a difficult question, but it caught me off guard.
I really can't remember what the most difficult question was. But I always dislike being asked how do I feel my skill will benefit the company. I usually do well in the interview process, once I get the opportunity.
