In terms of AWS, EC2 they specifically test your knowledge of how EC2 Reserved Instances are charged/billed and optimized. They ask about example technical issues you've worked on which is so broad. Good luck matching that to a situation that suits their product or support model. I suspect all along they could have told me early on my skill set/experience was not suitable.
