Learn the lingo. If there are any phrases you are not comfortable with in the job description or company website look it up. Especially for entry level positions even a basic grasp of digital marketing industry, pay per click or call analytics is a big plus.

Scenario questions on how you would deal with customer queries and what problems they could be facing with the programme. Questions about high school all the way through to last/current job.
What were your grades in high school
Did you have any part-time jobs whilst in University? What did you think about your manager there?
What qualities did you latest manager exhibit?
I don't recall any difficult questions that I hadn't prepared for.
