The interview questions were typical, mainly competency-based questions, along with some questions asking about previous work experience and what I liked/disliked about previous roles, what I knew about AJ Bell and what attracted me to the company and role. It was nice that, over the course of both interviews, I was able to meet with a good number of staff whom I would be working alongside and this really helped me to get an authentic idea of the working culture at the company., As far as interview processes go, the one I experienced at AJ Bell was most pleasant.
