First round Define your job role? What are your salary expectation? Any specific reason why you are looking for job change? 2 nd round : expert ask same questions, and when can you join us and bla blah? What you strategy you follow to make your content seo friendly and all? 3 rd round they give you bulk task like 900 words technical content, 400 words linkedin content, a few smo for twitter and insta. Now , final round is explosive bomb which most of the people couldn’t digest. Salary negotiation expecting you to work on low salary, ask your original documents for 3 months. Hr sounds very rude.
