Test question asking you to draft up mock aspects about two different drugs
the same cliche questions like "How do you prioritize tasks when working on multiple writing assignments with tight deadlines?", "How do you ensure accuracy and clarity when writing about complex medical topics?"
A lot of typical interview behavioral questions. The assessment that you’re asked to do is unnecessarily long and cruel and isn’t at all mindful of your time or energy or free labor. It’s as if they forget that you have a life and a full-time job and are likely interviewing at other places. If you choose to interview here (I advise you don’t), ask them if instead you can send them an assignment that you’ve already completed that aligns with the parameters that they are looking for in the assessment. I regret not asking that question myself.
There were no technical questions. It was just a personality interview.
