The big question they asked was what I think I should be paid. While this isn't hard to research and give a good answer, in my case, I was only a finishing tech for maybe a month if that and then I was full time 12 hour days on the CNC machines. The problem being I was still being paid my finishing tech wage when I should have been making atleast double.

How many languages do you speak?
I was given an offer; however I feel there are areas to resolve if this is to be considered more than temp. They seem to be looking for higher level of experience than their usual burger flipper. I need a solid understanding of their point system. I've been paid straight commission, and MC system may seem less than legal. I'll update upon further review. If MC's interest is in higher quality; they'll need to show more appeal.
