Interview questions depend on the role that you apply, in my case - it was for Enterprise Sales. Some generic questions were : Why Whatfix? Why are you applying for this role? How did you prepare for this interview etc. And some specific questions for Sales hiring are 1) Sales numbers like quota (# of opportunities, # of demos, demo structure, # of free/paid trials handled, conversion metrics, does the ticket size or conversion rate improve over time etc) 2) IC or Team player (Who did you report to, your KPI and initiatives taken) 3) Basic questions on tools used (Salesforce or Hubspot etc) 4) Basic questions on which geo and how the sales process is probably tweaked a bit to address the needs of that geo 5) Questions on sales cycle and a typical journey of a lead from generation to closure, specific cases of biggest closure, most difficult closure and the learnings that come with it
