I had an interview with two Junior level people who themselves did not know about the Technology they were interviewing about. Afterwards, the senior management was a bit awkward, there was this American lady whose behaviour seemed so unprofessional. Racist much? The another manager was asking out of domain questions. Basically, Booking.com Amsterdam office needs employees who know EVERYTHING, even out of their domain. It rather seemed like an egocentric conversation than an interview.
