Propose a design pattern for an XML-to-object document parser which allows for a construct of a new parser base on a new set of elements augmented to an existing schema without applying any modification to an existing parser code.

the group case study was the hardest part of the interview. but they expect you to fail. the bigger idea is for the company to see how to interact with a team and answer client questions. my group of four was given an hour to read a case study and plan its design process, and then we were grilled for half an hour by a mock client on its supposed layout and flaws.

He worked unusually hard to paint me into a corner with his questions and catch me in any inconsistency he could imagine. I found him to be the very definition of nitpicking "to looking for small or unimportant errors or faults, especially in order to criticize unnecessarily"
