From what I remember, all the questions they asked were fairly standard. You MUST research the company and be able to describe it on a basic level. Watch the videos that are on the site and know about the CEO, Dreamforce, their basic business practices, etc.
Phone interviews were regular questions such as your story, why tech, why Salesforce, rate your Excel skills, top accomplishments, what are you looking for in a manager / your career, a time you failed, what kind of role do you want, presentation abilities to senior mgmt, etc. Onsite questions, refer to summary above.
