initially I had a technical interview that delved into the Interactive Intelligence platform,a nd they provided some great follow up in that interview. I can't recall specific answers as we covered the system, and they wanted to make sure I had a grasp of the ININ platform itself.

No difficult questions. Some were geared toward personality/culture.

I was asked a multitude of questions covering my background before I ended the interview abruptly on my own accord due to the rudeness of the staff there.
