The interview is basic and easy. But you have to call first and leave a message with your best phone voice. Also, they want you to be expressive and smile a lot. It's business casual, but they're big on new hires speaking in a friendly tone. Keep your energy high and stay positive. For me, the toughest question was how long I intended to work there, and it came up at the start and finish of the in-person interview with the call center manager. They have concerns about high turnover, but I had concerns about it being "at-will" and I needed the money.
The most unexpected question that was asked of me was " How would I handle speaking with a customer that was extremely upset ?"
