All of the questions were basically getting to know me and my past experience. The only question that was a bit difficult for me was, Explain a time when a client was unsure of what they wanted and you overcame that situation? That one was not a question I was use to.
How would you handle a situation where you knew an employee was slacking off?
Tell me about a time when a client was very rude to you. How did you handle it?
As always... "tell us about a negative experience with a coworker or customer" I hate that one, who wants to talk about negative things!
