How do you handle upset customers?
How would you deal with an irate customer who keeps overdrawing his account? It is not the banks fault, but the customer wants a refund of the overdraft fee.
Interviewed with 3 people, all friendly. Did ask me where I see myself in 5 years.
I was asked to roleplay a sales situation that was effective without being overly pushy, or feeling like a used car salesman.
No questions stand out, standard interview, helps if you do some research on how the banking system works.
How would you learn something that you have never done before.
How would you protect a customer's info?
All of the questions were basically getting to know me and my past experience. The only question that was a bit difficult for me was, Explain a time when a client was unsure of what they wanted and you overcame that situation? That one was not a question I was use to.
