Same questions were posed to the group and each person had to answer them. In particular, they really wanted to know about previous sales experience and how you convinced people to buy/upgrade something when they didn't initially want to. Something that wasn't really mentioned in the job description, but was stressed heavily in the interview is that they really expected (almost demanded) that you cross sell products to the customers and that if you didn't do so you would not succeed with them.

The thing that took me by surprise and stopped me from working for the company previously is the 80 hours of training that you have to do Monday thru Friday from 8 to 5. This is MANDATORY. I implore you to think and understand this before you try to interview with this job. As a college student I certainly couldn't do it when the semester started and was very disappointed when I learned I would need to put aside so much time to train.
