Why do people buy from you?
Just go through a bunch of scenarios about how you handled yourself in certain situations and stuff like that. I actually really enjoyed the interview questions.
they had a corporate-predetermined list of questions to be asked in sequence in the same manner for all candidates
Why Pharmaceuticals? Why Forest? Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a co-worker. Did not ask about what I knew about the company or products, but tried to slip it in as I could to show initiative.
No difficult questions
They basically asked you a seres of ethical situational questions at the end, and there was no way to answer them without A) Screwing the company over or B) Screwing your customer over. I answered in the most ethically sound way possible and I believe they were looking for someone who was a little more willing to bend their ethics to squeeze out a few more dollars for Altria. But I'm probably the stupid one for thinking a cigarette company would respect business ethics.
Tell me about a presentation that you wish you could do over and why?
No difficult questions, but some of the last phone interview was very 'canned', 'scripted'- I felt like she was doing other things while asking me questions. Long pauses, it was unprofessional
The interview questions were fairly easy..mostly just getting a feel for your personality..which be open and bubbly were good personality traits to have.
