None. The conversations were easy and natural.
There were no difficult questions... more like are you willing to drive an hour each way, do you have an issue with traveling to other facilities to help when caseload is low.
They were basically about if I had any experience with Autistic children which shouldn't scare you
They first asked how would you handle or feel if your autistic client had a meltdown. They was a face to face and over the phone question. Seems to be the biggest level of concern. They also inquired whether you have worked with autistic individuals and how was that experience.
i had advantage as had been contract previously so really no difficult questions
