The questions were slightly above average for typical HR. Nothing difficult. Half job related questions/ half subtle personality questioning. The hiring manager straight out asked me what I would do if I had a clean slate for the position to implement my methods. I was honest. Apparently too honest, as the department later took my advice, as evident by the creation of two new positions which I suggested was needed. I guess the hiring manager was threatened by my skills and insight. I never heard back after the interview. GLAD I COULD BE OF SERVICE TO YOU TURN5 INC.
