Job description is inaccurate. HM didn't know a lot as she didn't even start at the company yet when interview was held. It felt she wanted to find out how things looked in my previous companies, process wise. It was a comfortable talk but strange in manner I got no information and got ghosted afterwards. Waste of time and energy unfortunately.
