Numerical Assessment has quick math questions. i.e. (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, .etc ) Phone Interview is not too bad. Just be prepared to talk about yourself and your college/major and why trading Personality Quiz is pretty simple, just don't mark anything that will pose a red flag. Technical Interview is the tough one. Review how to expectation (EV) and variance/std deviation. There were a lot of puzzles, but also a simulated poker/trading game, and also a markets logic game that I found difficult with no market knowledge.
Structured interview process. Math calculation, a couple of games, some number games, probability questions, which require fast calculation, and some probability knowledge
