The most difficult thing was when they gave their personality test types of questions. They would give you a situation and you had to pick one of a few options, and it seemed like there was probably a preferred answer, but it was hard to know what it was.

Their questions were resume specific, they looked at my resume and asked questions based on my resume. For example tell me more about this team project you were on. They also asked how I do under pressure.
