I don't remember having to answer anything too difficult or unexpected. Maybe it was the friendly, casual vibe of the interview, but I felt that I was prepared and my background was a natural fit for the position.
The fourth step of short answer questions was the most unexpected and thus wasn't prepared to respond, but I believe that is the expectation
One of the most difficult questions I was asked during my interview was whether or not I would be satisfied in my role. I had done mostly creative work up to that point in my career, and was interviewing for a role in account management. The question threw me for a loop, but it meant a great deal to know that they genuinely cared about my happiness as a potential employee.
