The phone interview consisted of about 3 or 4 behavioral questions, and the in-person interview of about 10. They included the following (I tried to remember as many as I could): 1. What did you like most and what did you like least about your last job? 2. Why did you leave your last job? 3. What interests you about this position? 4. Tell me about a time when you made a decision too quickly, and what was the result? 5. Tell me about a time you had too much to do and had to prioritize. 6. Tell me about a time you had to ask a customer a lot of questions in order to figure out the best solution to their problem. 7.Tell me about a time that you went above and beyond what was required of you. 8. It's happened to us all; Tell me about a time you forgot to do something for a customer and how did you handle it? 9. Tell me about a time you had to use your negotiation skills. 10. Tell me about a time you had to use your resources to solve a problem. 11. Tell me about a time when you had to work with a difficult team. 12. Tell me about a time when you received feedback (good or bad). 13. What do you know about Progressive? 14. What questions do you have for me?
