Mandarin test: varies according who the interviewer is. Mine simply asked me to introduce myself in mandarin and why I applied to this firm, but some other candidates with another partner/asso were asked to answer technical questions in mandarin.
Worst interview experience. I could tell the interviewer had rejected me from the start for no apparent reason. He seemed completely detached with no real interest in finding out about my experience. The interview lasted around 20 mins and involved only one question: "talk me through your previous experience". It was obvious I was left on 'mute mode' while I went on for 15 mins.
