The most important question is: Why do you want to work at Optiver? Indeed, you should ask yourself this beforehand too. There are plenty of preparation questions online for the process, but I think that Optiver know what they want and will see straight through somebody who doesn't walk the walk.

1- In the numerical test (the 10 mins one), there are certain questions like 4/?/?/16 = 4. Here answer is 4. We tend to assume both numbers would be same. There was another like this which I got wrong. It was something like 5/?/?/5 = 25. I kept on searching 1 in the options and marked None of the above. Later i realized they had an option like, Upper should be 100, lower should be 1/100. This I found to be the trickiest question. 2- In the Skype interview, the interviewer told about the instruments he was trading currently. Then in between the interview, he asked me to name them. I was quite surprised by this one, just make sure you pay full attention. Also, it being on Skype, pay extra attention for these kind of questions.
