Started out conversational, then switched to behavior, STAR format. Behavioral type of questions, "Tell me about a time when..... Give me an example of a time when you".....your responses need to be detailed, concise and try to tie in examples that would pertain to the job description you are applying for.
"Describe to me a situation that you were in when dealing with a difficult customer and how did you deal with it?" "How would you deal with shoplifters?" there were many situation-like questions. AKA "what would you do when..."

5 questions total with a 3 minute response time. You can discard and record a new response in that minutes. Accidentally clicked twice on my first response twice and it automatically submitted so you have to be careful.
