Ethical Behavior question--something along the lines of if you were in a meeting and they left the room to make a call would you look at a sheet of their private data that was sitting in front of you.
They asked why I should be hired at the firm? I also think they asked about what I know of the firm and to describe a time when I worked on a group project and what was the outcome. The questions took about 30 seconds thinking time and I think about 2 minutes per answer. There were only 3 questions
What motivates you?
The interviewer assign to those employee will first ask you if you have already working experience related to the position you are applying for. Secondly, you must a title degree holder. And of course, you must be willing to work under PRESSURE.
What Innovations you could bring to the table?
Only job related issues, nothing about personal interests or concern to get to know who you are as a person.
What is a time where you had to teach a group of people?
The first interviewer also explicitly stated that perhaps I was not a good fit. Okay then, but then the interview continued and I was provided with a business card that, as mentioned earlier, bore a name which resembled neither the name I was given over the initial phone contact nor the name that was on the sign of the building.
There weren't really any questions, just a review of my resume.
