The group task is really challenging and I can say depends on how well you get along with the other team members, since time is VERY limited and then you need to make sure you agree as a team within that period of time.

After the second interview with one of their trainers they handed me a pop quiz in the lobby about what I was being taught during the interview. It was unexpected fortunately the trainer I was interviewed by was very thorough. Only one of my questions were wrong thankfully because that was another way they were weeding people out of the process.

I was expecting an objective math test like that from SHL, kenexa or something. But this test turned out to be a detailed math test involving calculations and several steps to come up with an answer. It wasn't entirely difficult though. They were looking for the approach the candidate took to come up with a solution rather than the right answer. it was unexpected but not impossible. I passed the first and second round and didn't go through the final interview.

After explaining the details about the company and the role, she asked why I would be a good fit. This is a fairly general question, but it made me really think about how to properly communicate my experience and how it would transfer over through the training.
