All standard behavioral questions: Why ING, why the (ITP) program, why banking, tell me about yourself, etc. I only received one technical question and that was during the phone screen. The technical question was how would I analyze a company and if they would be able to repay their debt.
What is the most important thing to a team's success?
I was asked about how my experience related to the Job spec and some technical questions about Training and Quality. I also went through some scenario based questions relating to the core values of Zopa.
Hiring manager asked about training experience and style, but the next round asked project management questions, building relationships with senior stakeholders, how you get off the ground running in a new industry.
