Asking how I would handle a team that was not skilled to be in their current positions.
VP didn't probe candidate's applicability for the position, and apparently assumes that even senior professionals have no business expertise at all. Interviewer just asked candidate to recite job history, to the point that after the second such inane question ("And what did you do before that?"), candidate just read the resume's existing job summary, but interviewer either didn't notice or didn't care that no detail was added.

Not actually about the interview but the process. Be sure to "keyword up" your resume - I was 'reviewed and rejected' within 5 minutes. I met all the requirements but was not even remotely considered. The time span was 5 minutes from the thank you for applying email to the rejection email.
