Tell us about your home town. • What was it like growing up there? • What are some things to do or see? • What are popular foods in the area? Write 1 to 3 paragraphs in your own words. (up to 600 words) Not sure what this has to do with transcribing. I guess they want to see if you can write. However, transcribing is not like being an author. You are typing what you hear on an audio file.
They did not ask any interview questions, and did not care about your level of Training, stating that their in-house performance review would be more then adequate to train and adapt you as a Transcriptionist. This was clearly not the case as they can and will fire you despite your Performance Review Scores being above their intended Target Levels, stating that enough customer complaints were verified to close your account without making you aware of any complaints what so ever.
