You are typing what you hear on an audio file.

They did not ask any interview questions, and did not care about your level of Training, stating that their in-house performance review would be more then adequate to train and adapt you as a Transcriptionist. This was clearly not the case as they can and will fire you despite your Performance Review Scores being above their intended Target Levels, stating that enough customer complaints were verified to close your account without making you aware of any complaints what so ever.
