They asked me about my experiences with previous employers, what my work style is, etc. All pretty standard questions. The people asking me the questions seemed like they had never conducted an interview before - they were really disorganized, stumbling over their words, etc. Very bizarre experience.
These were discussion based just to get a feel of the type of worker you are.
