Name a time where you were working on a team and you had to execute a plan and did not go the right way.
No set questions. It was general conversation about previous and current work experience. I had the feeling that some of the interviewers asking me about what I did at my current company was a crossed line (in terms of requirements for vendors, etc), which I did not mind and I certainly did not share anything that would compromise my current employer or give HF a competitive advantage.
