Tell me about a time you got two people with opposing view points to work well together
What is communication?
Generic interview based questions: - Questions on previous experience - Scenario based questions on - how you deal with set backs, challenges, team work & time proritisation. Multitasking is a key skill set required so a fair few questions surround this. - You are then often asked questions about what you oversaw whilst shadowing potential colleagues and what you consider day to day challenges to be. - Lastly you may be thrown a quirky question to test your decision making ability and thought process.
Q: What is more important to you: money or a job title? Q: Why should we hire you instead of one of the other candidates?
How do you manage someone who doesn't seem motivated?
What makes you the ideal candidate?
Nothing difficult. Just was expecting an actual interview when it was just a job shadow.
There wasn't a difficult question. I know how to interview but am no longer looked as a potential candidate because I somehow answered outside of their realm of who I should be..? Even though, the questions do not explain who I am as a person but rather I am forced to answer them either way. "Do I know why stars twinkle" "Art is one of my hobbies"... I don't know how this explains my personality. I guess it goes with how our society forgets about meaningful relationships and getting to know a person. Interview me more and base your decision off of that and not on a 3rd party test site that you have to pay to better "understand" me as a person.
