They asked me about my experiences with previous employers, what my work style is, etc. All pretty standard questions. The people asking me the questions seemed like they had never conducted an interview before - they were really disorganized, stumbling over their words, etc. Very bizarre experience.

They asked me about my experiences with previous employers, what my work style is, etc. All pretty standard questions. The people asking me the questions seemed like they had never conducted an interview before - they were really disorganized, stumbling over their words, etc. Very bizarre experience.

Each person took turns asking from a list of questions. The questions were mostly related to my resume and personal experiences that would qualify me for the job. I provided specific, concrete examples to answer their questions.
