went for face to face interview.first 15 minutes was for short video about flight centre.This was group interview and it was just me and one another girl there.We were given a form to fill,at the back of form mixed test of geography,maths and personal character questions .Recruiter ask us to keep these test with us as we had plenty time to finish that.There wast any time limit for us to do that test.So recruiter started asking behavior question one by one Same questions to both of us...Tell me situation about multi task,situation when you were persistent by obstacles and how you handled it,how would you double check details,how do you remember things make notes or any other way etc....then we had to do role trip was given to rarotonga with holiday package for 4 nights including price of food,travel and accommodation.We had 10 minutes to prepare it then we had to sell that package to recruiter who is a customer.All you had to do is be pushy ask to exchange contact details or ask for 10%deposit to confirm booking upsell insurances.Few more questions like how would you bring sales in this workplace etc.after that we had rest of the time to finish written test.It had 12 questions. mark cities on map like sydney,london,bangkok,dubai,abu dhabi etc all main cities of of entire world capitlals of main countries like australia,uk,usa,thailand,china places of interest like machu pichu,big ben,disney world etc. then few math questions like you flew from auckland at 11 when would you be in japan time zone difference was given you have to work it out,percentage questions like if ticket is 500 your commision is 15% how much would you get,if you going uk for 7 nights and left here on monday morning when would you be back some questions were about tour package difference and that was the end of the test and interview
