They then separate you into groups and tell you if you got through or not. I was in a group that left the room and therefore though I had failed but we went upstairs and there was another group from our session and so everyone was like oooh we must have made it. They definitely keep you in suspense!! We then had lunch and went back for the final interview. For the final interview they put you in small groups and you go to a small interview room. There were four people in our group. They explain that they're going to talk about the competencies of drive, optimism and initiative and each person will have a different q.
