Questions are really standard, (example) was there a time where you had t take a call and go above and beyond the norm to make sure the customer was taken care of?

All of the questions were pretty standard as you would expect, one question they asked which stood out to me was if a customer was hesitant about booking would you tell them to book now to hit your target and get your bonus or understand their reasoning for being hesitant and let them leave and have a think about it.
