1st phone screen: - Walk me through your resume - that question about the MM/DD/YYYY format like what is the next soonest date after today where all integers are different - What degrees is between the two hands on a clock that says 9:30 2nd phone screen: - How many buildings in NYC? - I roll two dice. What is the probability that the product of the dice is a perfect square? - You and your friend are playing a dice game. The dice is 30 sided, you and your friend choose a number form 1-30. Whoever's number is closest to the one on the dice gets the $ amount in cash on the dice. What do you pick if your friend chooses 10? Final round: - This is more open ended, harder to describe. Before the final round I was given a sheet from the recruiter on bid/ask-how to classify if something is a bid/ask and what happens on the order sheet once trades are executed. The first question is where I think I failed miserably. I was shown a ppt slide which had 3 different tables and columns, and they asked me what checks I would do to ensure the trades are correctly inputed (or something like that). It was more of a logic question that maybe you'd encounter if you've done a data science/CS type interview.
