About performance optimization, security and most importantly tried to cover up the glassdoor review by saying that we are a startup and work hard, even over the weekends. Everyone including the CTO was trying to do so, so that one should get a feeling that the glassdoor reviews were just a reflection of the way they work and people those have posted the reviews did not wanted to work hard. Instead of that they should have given a reason that we are a startup and trying to improve on the feedback and open for any feedback

In F2F round: Very elementary level questions. For Lead positions, they are asking really simple and basic questions. Will not advice good candidate to waste the time with this kind of peoples.
