•Some really advanced level questions for an internship position i applied. I did not even understand half of the words. When we ask to rephrase it they consider it as rude. •There were questions about family, personality, hobbies, interests. I have no idea how an answer to family or interests is wrong. First of all what is the point of asking questions about my father's occupations. How is it going to affect my position in the company? Even if you try to evade it, they ask it repeatedly. To me they asked 6 times what each member in my family is doing. They did not give up until I tell them everything. I mean for what? What are they really intending to do? Kidnap me and ask for ransom? •What is creativity? How do you describe a person creative? Are you creative? Why are you creative? How are you creative? Where are you creative? These questions were asked. I mean couldn't they just say you are not selected and move on? •Other questions were just about current CTC, expected and so on.
