One stage was a 30 minute whiteboard experiment where I was challenged to solve a real world problem. It was not as much of a skills test as a mental maze to see what paths I took and where I arrived by the end of the time limit. While challenging, I didn't feel pressured to perform or achieve a specific outcome.
