Very relaxed, conversational style. Seemed to just meander without a purpose but did ask questions that I felt were to disclose information such as age that are not legal to ask outright.
Normal Interview questions: background, strengths/weaknesses, why you want to work in insurance/underwriting.

1. They mentioned that as the company is growing quickly that changes happen often and asked how I handle change. 2. Teams are growing and I would have several people that I would be working together with, they asked questions about how I handle conflict, disagreements, etc
They didn't ask any, because the interview never should have been set up had the people involved done their jobs effectively and realized the position had already been filled. Pathetic.
