Usual questions, nothing outstanding.. some team members had different vision on the role, compared to hiring manager

Why do you want to work here? What are some strength and weaknesses? How is your commute going to look like? Can you work early ie. get here at 7am or leave at 12pm?
I cannot think of any thing unexpected or negative about interview or nurses.
