You must go through two "STAR" interviews. The interviewer will ask a question, and you must answer in STAR form (Situation or Task, Action, Result).
Most of the questions are based on situations of past work environment. Managers where very friendly and encourage me that there is room for advancement.

They briefly explained the job which doesnt really tell you what youll be doing and then ask basically if youd be ok with all the trouble that comes with the job.
