A lot of "Tell me about a time, when..." questions. Make sure all of your answers are very specific and you can give clear examples and outcomes, otherwise they will keep asking. It also included a task, to test your approach to problem solving.

There was a design exercise where they give you an idea and you need to walk them through your design process and along the way create a design from that idea.
Be prepared to cite work experiences where you were an owner, leader, when you applied customer focus and when and how you have been innovative as a designer.
