Can you design an app for millenials to manage their finances. Walk me through how it would work. How would you design a polling experience in a messaging service? Tell me about a project in your portfolio. What was your contribution? What was the customer problem you were trying to solve?
What is your experience working with engineering and product teams?
The one engineer who interviewed me asked me to draw on his white board a game for doing taxes. The designers asked me several questions about my portfolio and my experience with topics like branding, process for a project from start to completion, problems I've had to solve with design, etc.
What do you think is the most difficult part of building the design system?
